"This hotel is located in the Affori neighbourhood which is about 5km from city centre, but it's very close to the metro where you can take the M3 line to go sightseeing. My room was comfortable - the air conditioning really helped as the few days I was in Milan were very warm! The staff were very kind and helpful and the restaurant and breakfast services were really good - many thanks for making my stay a pleasant one."

"Carpet is very stained and needs to be replaced. Bed needs to be replaced as well, metal springs poking through made it hard to sleep. Walls need a fresh coat of paint, scuffed and some stains. On a more positive note, the air conditioning worked great, the bathroom was updated and immaculately clean."

"The stay at as very good overall. The room is small but was perfect for my needs. The air conditioning works but is inconsistent where it shuts in and off during the night. No noise from it but you could feel the changes. I understand the complaints about the noise from the tram. I slept through it but if you are a light sleeper you might get frustrated. The staff is kind and helpful. I would definitely stay again."

"Good location right next to the metro and choice of buses. Outside of thr building didn't look great but inside it has been converted really well. We had the bonus of a balcony complete with furniture. Bit noisy because of the road but was a bonus we didn't expect. Staff are really helpful, maps advice etc.. We stored our luggage both before check in and after check out. Mini fridge in the room. A kettle would have been great. Breakfast was typical continental. Overall I would recommend...

"Staff was friendly enough and breakfast was fine. However, A/C did not work in room and we couldn't get anyone to fix it. We spent two nights in two different rooms. The first was fine although the weather was cooler that night. A week later, it was a different story."

"Clean hotel. Conveniently located near the 19 tram line. Nice selection at breakfast. Bit noisy - unknown loud noise each night with no obvious explanation. Walls also very thin so could hear people in the next room. Shower a bit small and compact. "
