"Un poco deteriorada la habitación"

"Great location to easily access the train station and all the city of Pisa has to offer"

"The number1 season I booked this hotel,is because it's a 2min. walk to the tower of pisa. The secound reason was because they offer"parking"on this platform. But when I arrived there the staff wants to charge the €15 for parking, but then I would have to look for a public paid-parking(blue lines) or public free-parking (White lines).I find this very deceiving, because it you advertise with parking,it should be available on there premises. "Loved the rustic charm of this hotel. 10 minutes to the tower on foot very conveniently located. Loved the cafe on the ground floor. We went every morning for our coffee and brought it back to the room whilst getting ready. The staff were amazing so helpful. There is a lift if you need to use it. Nice table and chairs outside to have a relax and a coffee and pastry. The only thing was we were cold so asked for extra blankets which were brought immediately. Great shower and bathroom with products...

"Property was near the airport- thought the plane were landing and taking off in the parking lot. Room was clean but as with overall hotel tired. Amenities were missing, no tissues, paper cups - just 2 per room and cheap environmental toilet paper. Staff was friendly and helpful when asked. Breakfast was very good! Parking was excellent."

"Clean, nice staff, good breakfast"

"NO TIENE AIRE ACONDICIONADO, hace calor el aire esta de adorno, porque no lo dejan prender . Hay mucho ruido alrededor"

"Gorgeous historic hotel, great location"

"Camera pulitissima e sempre in ordine, biancheria di ricambio sempre disponibile"

"Tutto bene"

"If given the option, don’t stay here. The comforter had staining of reddish/brown dots, there was other peoples hair in the bed, and we got laughed at when we asked someone to take a look and change the sheets. Once they were changed, we were speaking with the front desk girl and we inquired about the possibility of bed bugs and were told “if you can’t see anything there aren’t any” and ended the discussion. On top of this, you’re locked into the parking and it has to be opened by the front...

"Kamer gedateerd en vloerbedekking niet schoon. Beddegoed oké maar sprei zag er niet fris uit. Ontbijt was basis. Geen bakjes voor yogurt en alleen wit brood of croissantjes."
