" The desk clerk Kymari was very professional and helpful! 5 stars for her. However the day of checkout There was a bug(looked like a bed bug) in my bathroom I took a picture..Kymari noted it on the hotel receipt with my phone number n said she would let her manager know..as of 9/17 I haven't heard from anyone. ."

"This was a nice clean hotel, and everything in the room was in good shape. The bed was comfortable, the room was big, and the sofa was definitely useful. It was nice to have a microwave and fridge as well. The only minor issue was that the hotel staff kept forgetting to refill the shower gel in the wall mounted bottles when they cleaned the room. Otherwise my stay was great and I had everything I needed."

"The breakfast buffet was a very nice touch that saves on going to a restaurant. Alot of needs can be found at store options, within a mile of the hotel. The price that we were charged was literally a gasp. Our son got married nearby, & he insisted we stay there. I go to vegas ALOT, these charges exceed the charges of alot of the major casino resorts that are there. The carpet in our room was buckled in multiple places & the lightshade above the bathroom mirror wasnt installed properly....also,...
