"en un principio nos asustamos un poco a la llegada x la cola para el chekin y la cantidad de familias de gitanos k habia... pero al ir pasando las horas estuvimos genial... la habitacion super comodas sus camas... la comida muy variada en el bufet... y k decir de l@s animador@s son maravillos@s, encantadores, siempre con una sonrisa... no podemos kedarnos solo con un@... asi k en general muy recomendable el hotel para no aburrirte y estar en familia... muchas actividades para los niños... nunca...

"Beautiful facilities, clean and spacious but do not go here if you do NOT drive. I repeat. It’s far from everything. No buses go here or shuttles cabs are super expensive and even the bike ride out into town took us three hours and then we had to bike it back. We were so sore. Other than that, perfect. "

"Air conditioning is very outdated and dusty leaving a strong smell in the room. The breakfast was pretty bad and barely edible in fairness. The only safe options are what were not cooked directly by staff. The hotel strength is its location and proximity to beach, center and transportation to portaventura Park. Correct place to stay but I cannot imagine having all inclusive there it would be painful."

"Hotel was great apart from the buffet that let down the whole experience. There were several local restaurants near by that were offering great food. One other complaint was that the hot tubs located on the roof with a great view of the sea were quite cold. It was a pitty because we enjoyed our stay overall. "

"Good room but constant noise in ceiling which we reported twice but language barrier prevented explaining fully and never fixed. Air conditioning intermittent. Pool and terrace is next to road, but not affected by road noise too much. Self-service soft drinks, water, local beer and sangria at pool bar, which we thought was good. Cava readily available on all-inclusive and all the usual local spirits you'd expect. All disposable plastic or paper cups in pool area though, with no recycling....

"The appartment itself was clean, bright and had everything we needed in term of furnishings and kitchen equipment. Air con worked well. Gardens and pool areas were well maintained. It was quite a hilly walk from the main road to the appartment block (ours wasn't the highest), but not too far. We were able to walk to the beach and to Port Adventura so the hotel was well situated."
