"When we arrived to the hotel we got a room that was dirty and crawling with ants, we tried to cancel our stay for the week due to unsanitary reasons and wanted to find alternative accomodation for the rest of our stay in Crete. The hotel staff was not willing to give us any refund but wanted to change us to a room they called an upgrade due to better view from the balcony. "Great beachfront location. Good size rooms with comfy bedding. WiFi did not work in the room, and show curtain cuts shower space in half. Minor things really. Overall a good stay. "
