"We had a great three night stay at Hotel Real Hispano. It is a beautifully renovated old building right in the heart of Valladolid just metres from the main square. Very convenient location and you surprisingly don’t hear the road traffic outside. The pool and surrounding restaurant is great - nicely laid out and perfect for cooling off. One recommendation would be for umbrellas/parasols by the sun loungers by the pool as it can get very hot there. We have never stayed at such a clean hotel -...

"The room was fine but dimly lit with some lights not working. The bath had a large crack in the base and required the provided mat to be placed over it. The bar staff were slow to respond to our presence and then when we had finished our drinks. The breakfast however was a different story, the staff were attentive and the food was good. "

"The girl at the check-in desk was absolutely charming. She was so accommodating. She accompanied us to check that the rooms were to our liking. The breakfast was fantastic, the rooms were comfortable. We couldn't figure out how to use the futon, but that was our issue. A few bugs on the floor which is to be expected in Mexico. Darling location and they shut the gate at night which made us feel very secure. Loved this experience!"
