"Tout le personnel à la réception était incroyablement sympathique.
Une fontaine à eau était disponible à la réception ce qui est très appréciable par ces températures élevées.
La chambre était agréable, le lit avait un bon matelas et la petite salle de bain était fonctionnelle ; dans l'ensemble, c'était propre.
Le grand parking est équipé de caméras et d'un portail.

"I liked the location and the patio. One young girl was very nice when we left our luggages until we left the town for the train station. But the bathroom was really really small and would benefit from small repairs. The access for the family rooms is by stairs, which is a pain with large luggages."

I didn’t understand that children aren’t allowed to use the hotel spa and steam room. But otherwise had a great time. Also I don’t think I ever figured out how to use the French lock and key."
"One if the cheaper hotels I stayed in so wasn't expecting much but it really surprised me! Great location. I had a room with 2 chairs on a balcony overlooking a square. There was also a terrace for everyone and you could take your breakfast there. Complimentary water (including sparkling) in room. Very nice staff - saw me walking around with a suitcase and came out to ask if I was looking for the hotel!"
"My family and I enjoyed every minute of our stay at this beautiful place in Beaucaire. Staff members were friendly and welcoming, our triple rooms were comfortable and had nice views, the swimming pool was a big plus, and breakfast was great! Wish we had time to have other meals there. Would definitely stay here again. There were fun things to do in Beaucaire, and it was an easy and pleasant 25-min drive to Avignon, where we caught the last days of the Festival d'Avignon."
"Our stay was really great, having someone at the front desk to answer any questions we had it make it definitely more pleasant. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. The room is a bit small, but it’s perfect for one or two people to rest comfortably with the quietness and the gentle air conditioning in a comfortable bed. We definitely plan to come back!"

Rien à dire sur la chambre sauf le matelas : trés dur...

"Personeel was super vriendelijk niets op aan te merken. Maar de hotel zelf en de omgeving wat een drama. Ik heb niet kunnen slapen door alle herrie van dronken mensen buiten! Hotel zelf was het geld niet waard. Vies en erg oud. Nogmaals de personeel was echt aardige mensen."
"Multiples problèmes électrique dans la chambre disjoncte à deux reprises mon mari électricien obligé de dépanner lui-même dans l'armoire électrique général de l'hôtel. 13 chambres n'avait plus de courant et pas de personnel technique la nuit pour faire le dépannage c'est le client lui-même qui doit se le faire non mais on marche sur la tête. De plus problème lors de notre arrivée le code d'accès du portail et du portillon ne fonctionne pas appelle assistance ça commencer mal donc là ça fait un...
