"basically good but air conditioning inoperative with excuses about ambient temperature (the average daily maximum was around 75F and with the sun on the windows in the afternoon A/C was needed) the new control panel only operated to HEAT the room when the thermostat exceeded 80F! - for this reason I would not stay again from May to October- however gr8 brekky, not noisy despite having room on 1st floor looking on to street comfy bed and efficient shower. wonderful antique lift which worked...

"No complaints, good service, nice room with a lovely view. The tv had all smart features disabled which was disappointing (as meant couldn’t watch Netflix ect even though was a smart tv), and there weren’t any recycling facilities, but otherwise no suggestions for improvement. "

"Roma were extremely clean, bed & bathroom where comfortable and water was hot. The AC on the room was not working, so I asked the staff and they politely offer a fan. Jacuzzi can be used but only when paying additional money."

"Easy, fast and friendly check-in. I had been allocated a room next to the lift but that was changed as soon as I asked. Room clean and spacious for me. Open clothes hanging space not an issue for me. Bathroom compact but not uncomfortably so: e.g. shower was big enough. Step up to bathroom not an issue for me. Very clean except for some small mould spots on seals and grout in shower. Eco-friendly shower gel/shampoo dispenser in shower. Fresh, tasty and abundant breakfast buffet (though orange...
