"La ubicación es espectacular, no me gustó el desayuno, es en otro lugar . Es aceptable el hotel."

"The hotel is centrally located which normally would be great and exactly why I booked it. Would have liked a heads up from the hotel on what was happening. The cafe is attached dnd convenient for meals."

"A great location within walking distance of the Sol Metro, cultural and visitor attractions. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Felt safe."

"No elevator small room"

"We will certainly book again with this chain. Such a convenient location in the very large pedestrian district of Madrid. Only a donut or croissant were in the breakfast bag on the door each morning, however there is so much variety and numerous cafes and bakeries nearby. Alternatively, there are is complementary coffee/tea and snacks in the basement of the hotel."

"Cute room!"

"The best thing was the staff. Really friendly and caring. I fell a bit ill during my stay and they were extremely helpful helping me find the nearest pharmacy open."

"Not a great location, kind of on the outskirts of the city. Clean and nice staff though."

"Nice quiet area. Having a balcony was really nice. Easy bus ride to city centre. Would stay here again."
