"Hotel totalmente nuevo, dos meses de apertura.
Buen restaurante con sus comidas.
Cobran por parqueo.
Aún terminando de construir área de SPA.
No está céntrico, la parte turística a unos 15 minutos en carro.
La gente muy amable y servil.
Para mi gusto, faltan amenities."
"The gentleman that checked us in and helped us for most of the stay was excellent. However the person we dealt when checking out was different and not helpful. Also they were doing construction in the room next to us the last two mornings which was not ideal. The start of the stay was good but less so as the stay continued"
"Hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. You can have breakfast at the on-site resteraunt and there is a bar downstairs that is easy to acess and staff were very friendly there.A small lounge is also right next the bar. Rooms were very nice and clean, shower was also very clean. The room has a mini bar with lots of different options. The hotel is just a ten minute walk to the city center and the Black Church. There are plenty of resteraunts there or you can walk a short distance to...
"Lovely cozy little place. Husband and I needed somewhere last minute to stay, but wanted to stay in the old town center for walkability. The night was lively, and the hotel was in a good spot close by but away from all the noise. Parking was tough to find, but keep circling around and you’ll manage a spot. Quiet rooms and has all you need for your basic needs."
"Pros: Very clean room in a recently built neighborhood. Excellent security and the reserved parking spot was a PLUS!
Cons: All the info regarding the access to the apt, the tenant’s and renter’s responsibilities and the incidentals was overwhelming and somewhat confusing. Way too much info in the emails and attachment. If you could streamline that to the bare minimum, you’d get a perfect 10!
Keep up the good work and I will definitely stay with BHA on my next trips to the area!"
"The flat is literally 1 minute away from Black Church. The host replied to my messages promptly. The location properly is perfect if you want to explore the city and you are more an outsider."
"The property was clean and the host was very helpful when we had to move rooms due to a pipe leak. The only downside to this hotel is that the walls are thin and it is in a very loud location."
"A quaint, cozy place to stay, with a view from the window of the Brasov sign on the facing mountain. My son and I took a long, circuitous drive around the country and chose two locations to stay two nights, just to recuperate and not be restricted by a daily travel plan. Casa Mais was one of those where we chose to stay two nights. It felt like coming home, versus checking into a commercialized hotel. A major plus for me was the communication. They were very responsive, which was comforting to...
"I have a really nice stay in Casa Cranta. Location is great, staff was very helpful and polite. Room was comfortable and clean. I even had a little breakfast before heading to downtown ! I highly recommend this place if you plan to visit Brasov !"
