"It’s in a remote place for network will be an issue
The management is very poor as it is managed by bunch of boys
The room doesn’t have keys to lock
Food service is very poor and not good
Still there is scope for improvement and can be organized better "

"Shambala is a quiet plantation stay a few kilometers away from Yercaud Lake and the other busy tourist areas. The manager, Mr. Ravi, front desk manager, Jayaram, Chef Sundar and the restaurant and maintenance staff all personally attend to you and offer really great service. The place is clean and well maintained, and there is wifi even inside the rooms."
