Our dinner in their dining room and the breakfast the next morning were excellent. The reception staff recommended that we explore the downtown area and the Bruckentor (old bridge gate), and especially the harrowing but rewarding trip up to the Ruine Grevenburg (castle ruins), and it was unforgettable. "The hotel was central to everything and was right on the Moselle river. I highly recommend their breakfast it was spectacular! We were traveling from city to city by bikes and they had hotel storage for our bikes. They were not able to do early check in but they had luggage storage which allowed us to walk around town freely. We will definitely stay again!"

We dined in on 2 nights out of three and had very well prepared local food. The staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. My only minor criticism is that their ability to deal with credit and debit cards was iffy. That said, we were able to settle our bill without having to resort to cash. "
