"Very good hotel and conveniently located - within minutes of the central area and many restaurants and cafes to choose from. The TV did not work but why would you want it to. The temperature control was perfect, room dark at night. My only issue was that unless asked they would not take garbage out or clean room. I was there for 3 nights. The breakfast isnt until 8am which seemed late to me and the quality was so so."
"Si quieres estar lejos de la ciudad y del ruido, es la mejor opción. Naturaleza, silencio y ambiente tranquilo y seguro. El personal es muy amable y atento.
Solo sigue muy bien la ubicación de llegada y ante cualquier duda, primero confírmalo, ya que está en medio de la nada."
"Horrible experience!!
We truly disliked our stay there; bathroom smells like sewage, customer service is non existent, very poor decor, and lack of outdoor light, difficult to find, the location is on the end of the wall city near north gate. I do not recommend this place and service."
"Staff were really sweet and helpful. Great location.
I had a room by the reception and it was difficult to sleep as you could hear everything and everyone walking and talking in the reception as the walls were quite thin.
But everything else was great"
"The only advantage is the location. The staff was kind and helpful. The rooms are uncomfortable, everything made from plastic - paneling, floore, horrible polystyrene moldings. The bed was not made, was very hard. Breskfast was late and average"
"It is a new hotel. The property is in a good condition and clean. Affordable option. It is a fair distance away from the centre of Khiva. The buses kept giving variable rates to get into the centre which wasn't helpful and I found this a bit stressful. It is near a theme park which has potential but is not really open properly but quite interesting for a potter around. "
"The one thing this hotel has going for it is proximity to the train station, so it's very convenient for catching an early morning train. Otherwise, it advertises more than it offers. The promised city view was a window looking out onto the wall of the next door building, the hot water heater to make tea was broken, and the a/c was weak. There was no sign of any spa or other amenities."
"If you come to Khiva you must stay at Yoqut Guest House! They treat you like family - we were even invited to a wedding, which was fantastic! Meeting people and experiencing local culture is the ideal way to travel. Cannot recommend enough. 😃"
