"The hotel was very clean and spacious for my family of three! Not too far away from a train station and lots of convenient stores nearby. The only downside is that the Wi-Fi can be pretty slow at times! "

"A truly excellent stay, and probably the best one (out of 8) yet on this Japan trip. I didn't know it before, but this hotel is smack bang outside the Sakuragichō Station. This means the hotel is right in front of you the minute you walk out, and the best part(s)? There are two Fare Adjustment Machines AND an 8am-11pm supermarket (Seijo Ishii) just right downstairs of the hotel - talk about convenience! While the supermarket items are a bit pricier than other places I've been to, their range is still excellent nonetheless (e.g. their alcoholic drinks and gourmet snacks section). I honestly have nothing bad to say about my stay because the staff were so lovely and helpful, the bathroom was super spacious, the amenities were superb (dyson fan hairdryer, multi-USB charging cable adapter), great city views and most of all, excellent location. The only con (which isn't a reflection of the hotel at all or the staff) is that the laundry gets taken up pretty quickly. Although the washing cycles of other guests were pretty short from my observations, it's more than likely that all four of the washing machines will be operating at the same time if you visit in the evening (unsure about daytime). I unfortunately had to wait between 10.30-11.45pm for two washing machines, and I was lucky to have a receptionist come to my aid to remove other guests' finished laundry thereby allowing me to put mine in for a spin."

"Day crew is absolutely amazing and professional, a English speaking team member is on board to assist. Day team went above and beyond the call of duty. Night shift, had very little comprehension of English and when spoken to in my basic Japanese skills, they were clueless to my needs. Even my travel agency experienced language barriers with the night shift when attempting to address my day late arrival due to airline cancellations in order to keep reservations. Great location to everything Yokohama In house Italian restaurant rates a 3 on a scale of 10 for service. I was the only patron in the place, took 10 minutes to get a glass of water with a waitstaff of 3. Food portions OK, but bread had to be requested and portion of the bread was incredibly thin and small. Pasta taste was quite bland for the tomato paste sauce. Local convenience stores 7-11/Lawsons had better tasting foods. Tge higher rating on my part is strictly because the day crew was second to none. "

"Comfortable business hotel conveniently located. Only complaint is lack of a guest lounge or a useable common space. Those benches facing the check-in counter do not count."
