"I didn’t like the room I was given.
It was on the topmost floor and at the very far end of the corridor.
There was no complimentary bottle of water and the communication with the front desk for service was through WhatsApp
The property is however clean and peaceful"
"Was clearly an old premier inn, they had started to modernize, will be great when finished. Booked due to the Wacky Warehouse, however it was closed about 2 hours earlier than advertised which left a sad child but the pudding in the pub sorted that out."
"The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet area with plenty of parking, which was a big advantage. However, the overall facilities are quite dated and clearly need refurbishment.
The room looked reasonably clean at first, but I found an empty biscuit wrapper from a previous guest underneath the bed. "The check in process was really quick and easy, friendly staff. The room was clean, nice Tassimo machine for coffee, cups and saucers were on the very bottom shelf, not easy to get to with mobility issues. Room view was fabulous, sat there late at night with a nice beer, relaxing after a long day of travelling and working an event, amaaazing. If am up that way again will defo stay there again"
"to start with it had on site parking for about 30 to the rear.
The welcome at the front desk was warm and very friendly, shown to my room by staff. the room as a double was fine with ensuite shower bathroom, (not a step in bath you get in some hotels where you soak the floor each time you use it.) everything was very clean.
For dinner I went to the bar and again the staff were warm and very friendly, I sat in the bar, but, there was two separate dining rooms all tables set up for diners,...
