"I was in town for a wedding I was traveling with My dad that is very sick with cancer .I called the hotel a few times talk to the desk and also sent email to the hotel that I would need early check in and due to the fact my dad is on oxygen and has other health issue I need to confirm what time I could get in the room . I was told they could let me check in early and I should call the morning of check in . I talked to the desk that morning ( call number 4 and 3 emails...

"unfortunately, I did not like anything. it was smell all over the place. the first room they gave us had smell of marijuana. i believe the last renter was smoking inside the room. they gave us the next room with which was also smelling like very old building. A/C was not working properly. no toilet paper in the room i had to go to reception and get the toilet paper. no room cleaning service unless you ask a day before. Towels were dirty. room hd all broken and old furniture. i was scared to use...

"The property was clean, the room and bathroom was clean except for the carpet which I believe needs to be properly shampoo. Also the air conditioner kept going up causing the room to be a bit hot."

"Let me start off by saying this, I was really wowed by the photos I had seen and I was very excited to use the pool. However, when we entered our room there was an intense smell of urine. Despite it looking clean we could not determine where the smell could be coming from. We attempted to disguise the smell with a air freshener but that didn't cover up the stench. "Good hotel. Comfortable beds and clean room. Breakfast was decent ad service was ok. Public transport was not an easy option if you wanted to take bus/subway to NYC. There was noise from the roads all night even on the 6th floor and the EV chargers never worked. Would stay here only if we can get rooms on the other side of the hotel without road noise."

"I like that it was close to everything I needed. Easy to get to the city and other boroughs whether driving or public transportation. There is a washer and dryer onsite too."
