"I booked with this hotel because of my Melrose visit wa great .. so I figured let’s try the Opera House … First …. The Continental Breakfast was bird food … bagels Cereal and cookies … came early .. front desk person was great … then from that point on “out to lunch “ not knowledgeable of the area .. not helpful … air conditioning either Extremely cold or off .. you can’t adjust the AC .."
