"The place itself was very nice. Convenient with bus station in frint & train station beside. Even with that it quiet. Staff was wonderful. As a lone female i was uncomfortable walking in the neighborhood clise to & in the dark. Yet many things were a close walking distance."

"Checkin was absolutely terrible. The kiosk wasn't working correctly and this caused a 45min delay in getting into our room as well as several phone calls to getthe situation resolved. The room was as expected, very simple with no real amenities. The room was very clean. The coffee machine was great and the croissants were excellent. "

"We spent one night here whilst touring around Switzerland. It’s a lovely hotel on the side of a hill overlooking Lake Walensee. Hotel is in good order. As with virtually all hotels in Switzerland, there is no air conditioning so it is recommended to take a mini fan with you if visiting in the middle of summer. "

"Very cute hotel with lots of charm! The front desk staff was super welcoming and had great recommendations for places/ restaurants to visit. We only stayed one night but wished our stop was longer. The breakfast was also definitely worth the 12 euro charge each. Good selection and great coffee. If we’re ever in the area we will definitely stay again! "
