"The staff was very friendly and accommodating."

"Room was clean and staff was great. Only thing was tea and coffee was at main floor, but it was available 24 hours. Walmart and restaurants were very close. Great location, right at I-95 Parking was fine. Only real draw back, was the smell in the stairwell near the side door. Someone must have had a joint and the smell stayed in the stairwell for quite a while."

"Clean and friendly."

"I loved the perfect place"

"Charming B&B that has lots of nice touches. Wide staircase marked well so you don't trip. Well decorated rooms with luggage rack, multiple mirrors and tons of pillows on the bed. Everything was thought of, including extra towels, snacks, and even place cards at breakfast. Be aware that the rooms only lock from the inside, meaning you cannot lock your room while you are out for the day/evening."

"La cavaña muilinpia todo mui bonito y confortable el lugar mui bonito para pasarlo en familia gracias"

"This was an awesome find. We had no idea this was even here. We were looking for a hotel in the area for one night and ran across their site. We stayed in the "Post Office" cabin. Words cannot describe how well done this cabin and others on the property are."

I’m 28, and she made a comment about my age that gave the impression she was uncomfortable with younger guests. It was disappointing because we...

"We loved it. Didn’t end up staying in the Vintage RV, apparently it was OOO and therefore we were upgraded to a Cabin. Which was spacious, cozy and very home like. In walking distance from the pool and lake. Would definitely like to come back."

"This property was perfect. No complaints at all. Very clean, very neat. Beautiful furniture and the best appliances and bathroom fixtures. The front porch is a beautiful place to sit, relax and enjoy the garden. The rear deck has spectacular views! Would definitely recommend and stay again."

"As usual the place is perfect, best place to stay in Culpeper "
