"There were ants on my bed. The staff changed the bed sheets, but there were still ants. The room was really dirty. Someone had smoked and left ashes on the side of the window. The building is very badly maintained. There was mold everywhere. I put my suitcase against the wall and it became white. The window didnt have a safety bolt. When i asked for a refund they refused. Overall i wouldn't recommend to anyone to stay there."

"I picked this property for the ocean front room i didnt realise no air-conditioning and how open to the elements this room was, however i could of changed to ans air conditioned less open room glad i didnt. listening to the roaring ocean and seeing the sunset at night was amazing. the fans were enough to stay cool and had mosquito netting, only saw about 1 or 2 anyway. pool was beautiful and long enough to do laps. "TirtaSari is very affordable relaxing accommodation. It’s like the real Bali 40 years ago. No hawkers , wonderful staff, super peaceful, lush gardens and nice pool, food was really good, spa also on site. Massages were great . Prices were very reasonable. Beach was a 2 minute walk. Room, particularly bathroom was tired, but priced to reflect that."

"Pros:the dive company at this hotel is very good The hotel is good value for money The location is handy. It's a 10 minute walk to the beach Cons: as diving company is French, its owners and majority of guests are French, they sit around a very large table with lounge chairs and speak in French and smoke. I found this very alienating as we like to meet other travellers but felt excluded and as non smokers can't handle smoking. If you don't mind that then this hotel may suit you."
