"The gardens and views as well as restaurants and cafes are excellent! The service is very good. The rooms are basic and need some updating. The doors are hard to close with a key. The comforters are outdated and need to be replaced. The towels barely dry, so thin and old. If you are expecting luxury this is not the place. If you are looking for location. Views, food, clean accommodations and service this is your place!"

"Socialtel in Lake Atitlan was AMAZING! It is a beautiful place, very helpful kind staff, clean, spacious, and in a great location. They have daily activities and you get a free welcome cocktail. "The rooms were very clean, everything is well organized. Johan and Gaby are huge huge huge help in everything you need there. They are hands on, and very attentive. Neighborhood is safe, views are amazing and the food was delicious. Dinner there is fun and easy. The breakfast with the view is so cool. I recommend 100%. Stray dogs bark randomly at night for about 10 mins and usually calm down but it could wake you up."

"The view of the hotel ia mind blowing. The rooms are cozy, warm and clean. I would love to stay there again. You need to know that the surroundings of the hotel have change, is more developed so that means more noises... But nothing too loud to handle. The food service is terms of food, everything is so good! But it's slow, in my opinion it goes well with the idea that you go there to relax and enjoy the view... So just be aware that it might take a while. You have other hotels nearby...
