"Hotel was a great deal, excellent location, price was great for the type of hotel. Would recommend anytime."

"Great apartments. Loads of space and really well equipped. Being over 60 we struggled a bit initially with the online registration process, but fortunately there was someone on hand at reception to guide us. Welcome pack with water and milk was a nice touch. try and ask for a room at the back of the hotel as the main road is quite noisy at the front from early morning."

"Good basic hotel with large clean rooms."

"Great place to stay. We stayed night before ferry from Bilbao which was conveniently just 1.5 hours drive to the port"

"Absolutely incredible accommodation with character and charm mixing history and modernity perfectly. Only wish we could have stayed longer!"

"Good hotel, staff v friendly and rooms modern, comfortable and very well equipped."

"We found the evening meal excellent and very good value."

"Excellent location, very clean"

"This is a great stop off to break up long drives. The rooms are basic, but clean and well sound proofed. There is a bar with a good selection of drinks and fast food and the restaurant serves tasty local cuisine. Our dog was treated to a welcome pack, but it wasn't made clear where he was or wasn't allowed in the public areas."

"Great for a short stay."

"Fantastic hotel with clean and silent room. Also the breakfast was very good!"

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was a good choice to spend the night here and take a day trip to the busy San Sebastian. It was convenient to have breakfast included."

"Perfect hotel, wanted to stay longer, lovely owners"

"An excellent location for an overnight stay en route to Portugal, with amazing views and plenty of space to relax and unwind after many hours in the car. The owners were friendly and very accommodating - providing recommendations for dinner and things to do. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet, and the continental breakfast in the morning was excellent. "

"Reyes and her family are very gracious and kind hosts. We enjoyed our stay immensely."

"Very friendly, clean, with really great facilities for kids. Wifi is spotty in the daytime and turned off at night. Bathroom is shared. Breakfast is coffee, juice, and packaged biscuits. No air conditioning -- it cooled off a bit at night, but daytime in July it was impossible to rest in the room. All fine if you're there at the right time of year, or otherwise know what to expect."

"We had a wonderful stay! The setting of the property, amongst those green Basque Country hills, is gorgeous and the building itself has an air of old world charm. The owner and his son were very welcoming and accommodating, we loved interacting with them. We stayed in one of the studios on the second floor, breakfast on the balcony was perfect. We were there for Ironman Vitoria-Gasteiz, very convenient. 10 minute drive to the lake venue, the bike course and good running areas. We would stay...

"Comfortable room and friendly staff. Convenient to old town and Congreso building"

"Les 2 jeunes sont bienveillants, accueillants, motivés. Tout est harmonieux, un havre de paix. Nous y retournerons avec plus de temps"
