"It was an okay hotel. We paid for continental breakfast and there was barely any food left and the station was messy. Ended up ordering dishes at an extra charge. Not sure it was worth a £300 stay. "

"The first room was ok, however the bathroom basin had cracks in it and the curtains were certainly in poor condition. On the second day there the people above us flooded their bathroom causing water to come through our ceiling, staff quickly changed us to another room and offered us a bottle of wine and 50% off our evening meal. Unfortunately this turned out to be more like 20% and as we don't drink alcohol they got off really lightly. Our second room was quiet warm and when we tried to turn on...

"This was a last minute booking and the room wasn't ready when we arrived so we had a little wait until it was ready. The manager (Tanya I think?) was very helpful, kept us informed and gave us a free drink while we were waiting which was much appreciated. The room itself was good, it was ground floor and close to McDonalds but we couldn't hear any noise from outside.
