"No clear instructions to find the reception, once inside 3 staff telling a young women they would show her some rooms and she could pick them telling me they had given my room away the staff were very rude the place a dump would not even look at this place again"

All staff from check in, bar and at breakfast were exceptional. Breakfast was included and was great and they are happy to adjust anything on the menu to suit. We had our dog with us and she was most welcome in the hotel too for a £10 a night supplement."
