"Airport shuttle was not arranged. They asked me to whatsapp somebody but they never responded. However the stay was good. Big supermarkets either side and some restaurants walkable. Can walk to town centre. My tour to Altun Ha never arrived so Janny at the front desk called around and managed to book a tour last minute. Next day my Lamanai tour was late and she called to tour company for update. Janny was very helpful talking tour operators after the first one cancelled. Breakfast varies per day...

"Our two bedroom two bath unit had a great view of the Caribbean and the bay! The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans. Be sure to bring your favorite spices :-). Even though we stayed in December, we were thankful there was nice cool AC! The 5 gallon bottled water in the unit helps keep you hydrated. "The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for 12 nights. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, and we stayed cool during the hottest days. The kitchen was just right, and equipped with some utensils for preparing a few small meals between restaurant meals. Any time we needed to refresh our linens or restock paper products, all we had to do was ask and we got what we needed right away. The best part was the location. "The location was good, the room was clean and modern, the bathroom was excellent and, because we chose an ocean view room we had wonderful breezes. My only complaint was that the sheets and bedspread were polyester. Which means, even though the room was cool, we were still bathed with sweat. On our second night we requested a cotton blanket instead of the polyester bedspread and we slept very well."
