"-Swimming pool is poorly maintained. My kid got hurt with something very sharp inside swimming pool. Water was very dirty.
- Person who is incharge of Safari, was charging too much higher charges than government approved rates over there. We ask him to cancel our tickets once we get to know that rates are higher. "The property is good. However, we didn't get the rooms we booked for. We had reserved super deluxe rooms however on check-in the staff told us that's not possible and mentioned that they did not receive the booking in time from Expedia.
Since we paid for super deluxe rooms, not sure how same is gonna be accomodated for the price difference.
