"Hotel is in a really great location just outside the old town, and next to the train station and the wonderful marketplace. Breakfast is large and varied and served until 11. Staff is friendly. I would have preferred a mini-fridge and coffee maker in the room, but they'll provide a kettle if you ask. I would definitely like to return to Tallinn and stay here."
"Love this hotel! Anything you need for good rest you have it there. Location is very convenient for travelling by bus. Central bus station is in walking distance. Definitely will be back😁"
"The room was very clean, and the staff were also very nice.
I used the spa (additional 18€) and I could relax.
I wil repeat this hotel again when I visit Tallin in future."
"Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Our room was very large and exceptionally clean. The breakfast was excellent. Close to the old town area and about 15 minutes walk from the train station.
We didn't use the pool or spa but it was available.
Nothing bad to say about this hotel. We would stay again."
"Good option for people on a budget but we will never chose it again. We came for the medieval charm but were disappointed. The room was tiny, the bathroom even tinier, the window hardly opened and the tv was broken. Staff was extremely unfriendly. Found a stack of religious pamphlets in the lobby. Inappropriate. Location was great though. Just consider cobble stones when dragging you luggage there and don't expect help with a heavy suitcase."
"Usually the Expedia reviews are an incredibly reliable guide, but this time, they’re miles off the mark. The hotel is well located and is relatively clean, but the mattresses are abysmal and surely at least two decades old. Despite booking what was apparently the best “suite”, the mattress was literally so old and dilapidated that it was squashed flat. It was like sleeping in a hammock. The breakfast was also incredibly basic, with sugary supermarket bread and basically no fresh fruit or decent...
