"Inside the room was new and clean. The outside was a bit dirty but they are in the renovation process. The room key did not work, we needed the staff to open the door each time. The A/C had a little musty smell. There was a phone but no cord or connected to anything to call out. The staff was very friendly."

(I made a back-up reservation using another service). When I arrived they finally were able to communicate with Hotels and confirmed my reservation. This was time consuming and very unsettling. "
