"Room, staff handling, and facilities did not comply with the booking description. Arrival was at 18:50. We were informed that check-in closed at 19:00. "This was the only bad place I stayed in out of the 8 hotels I stayed in during my PH trip. I actually stayed there months ago, long story but rude and unhelpful staff and none of the facilities were allowed to be used because they “had a Jollibees function the next day so they wanted to keep the facility areas tidy for them” yes I was also a paying guest when told this. No wifi, crazy loud AC. "

"아무것도 없어요. 수영장과 식당. 정원에 휴게 공간 말고는 편의시설도 해변도 주변 볼거리도... 심지어 집에 갈 방법도 트라이시클 타고 다나오 가서 다시 버스를 타야 세부로 갈 수 있습니다. There's nothing to do. if want whole day sleep, then you can go. there's nothing except tiny swimming pool and more tiny restaurant (almost snack bar). No convenience store. and also nothing in outside. when i need something to need, i shoud walk 20min or 10min with trycicle. of course you can go if you already have a car."

"The property was decent and not too far from many places to go. Especially the Seaside restaurant which is located in the bottom floor of the property. The downside to this property was the Wi-Fi. It barely stays connected at all despite advertising “25mbps ” of internet speed. Breakfast options are also very limited to two but at least there are restaurants nearby within walking distance."

"Took us around 30min to find the place. Then another 30min to find someone from there. We had to walk through a forest, downhill to our room. it was dusty, full of spidernets, ants, spiders, cockroaches etc. I had to clean the bathroom for 20min before my gf could use it. It eas very creepy and horrible, especially for the price. we got amazing stays for even half of that price! never again."
