"Friendly and accommodating staff"

"Love the staff who really are all friendly and nice. Complete facilities, spacious rooms and very clean. Will come back again soon."

"The hotel is CLOSED for repair work, yet they still accept reservations and CHARGE. I arrived at the hotel and found that I couldn't stay there despite having paid. The owner does not answer my calls or messages."

"Room, staff handling, and facilities did not comply with the booking description. Arrival was at 18:50. We were informed that check-in closed at 19:00. Our concerns were not addressed, and we were assigned a room that did not correspond to the booked accommodation. The reservation was for a “Signature Hut”. The hut was visible from the assigned room and was later confirmed to be unoccupied. Despite presenting booking documentation, staff maintained that their internal system showed a different...

"After checking in, we were given an old room. The bedside lamp was broken and even had cobwebs on it. The bathroom was in very poor condition, with a damaged water tank, a dirty sink, and a bathtub covered with black spots. "Great area and super nice people! Best coffee I've had my whole trip! Salamat!"

"Très ancien presque a l'abandon... la famille qui tient l'hotel ne connais rien a hôtellerie..."

"Wonderful location and site with different accommodation options. Be prepared for no TV and internet connectivity, which we knew about beforehand and had absolutely no problem with it. Improvements needed: bed mattress not really comfortable, bed sheets too small and of cheap quality. Nice, little beach (pebbles) and swimming pools."

"The property was decent and not too far from many places to go. Especially the Seaside restaurant which is located in the bottom floor of the property. The downside to this property was the Wi-Fi. It barely stays connected at all despite advertising “25mbps ” of internet speed. Breakfast options are also very limited to two but at least there are restaurants nearby within walking distance."
