"It was horrible, the place is not kept well at all, the place is filthy, with marks on the walls, weird smells and old furniture, nothing like the photos, almost dark and creepy."
"Property was hardly finished, cleaning service was available by requests numerous requests.staff was friendly and understanding. The hotel was supposed to be a pet friendly, but somehow we got pressure from other tenets and staff was trying to please them, which was big drawback for us. Overall I wouldn’t recommend the place if you traveling with pets."
"The hotel owner was a professional guesthouse hotelier and also an educated woman, the former teacher of history and the present staff member of the Stalin Museum. Her house was designed by the same architect who built the museum. The living room of the guesthouse featured antique furniture, so staying there was a museum-like experience. Anna prepared breakfasts, which was unusual for a small guesthouse, and each room had a separate table in the dining room. Anna’s cakes were amazing. With her...
"Very nice hotel in a wonderfully remote location – something worth noting, as there are no restaurants nearby and everything requires at least a 20–30 minute drive. For us, this was exactly what we were looking for, and part of the charm. The facilities are quite new and very comfortable, with a large, comfy bed and a spacious bathroom featuring a fantastic rain shower. The pool area is lovely, and the sauna and hot tub are available upon request.
The views are stunning. The on-site restaurant...
"Amazing property and location just outside Gori facing the mountain view. The host is very friendly and accommodating, greeted us upon arrival which made the check in process easy. The cottage is up-to-date, clean, warm and cozy and had everything a traveler might need for a one night stay or a weekend get away."
"The hotel is shown on the map on Expedia as being located just below the Fortress in one of the few remaining historic areas of the city, very close to Stalin Museum, but it is actually located in front of the train station, across the river, 30 minutes away from the museum. And there is absolutely nothing to do or see in that area.
The bathroom had a terrible and persistent stench as if vapors were coming up from sewer.
finally, the blanket covering the bed was so narrow that any movement...
"The hotel is very nice, clean and neat. The location is quite good for families, as it is immediately next to the park/forest which leads to the centre of Bakuriani. The park/forest itself is really appreciable for kids to play.
Heater works perfect, and the views on the mountain are stunning!"
"The staff are slow, and need some training, they made us wait like an hour and half to check out, and said there's a bowl missing, we didn't use any bowl there!"
