"This was our 3rd visit to this hotel and I’m sad to say I cant see a 4th now. Started off with the very unfriendly and unhelpful receptionist on arrival. Whenever I book, I then request parking, I have limited mobility and walk with a stick. We arrived and as usual, parked in the carpark. Upon check in, we were told to move the car. I explained that I’d requested parking on booking and her response was, “well show me that we agreed otherwise you need to move”. I’ve never had a response and...

"The building, hallways and rooms feel like dorm or hostel setup, very institutional feeling. The rooms are clean however and ours had a nice balcony. They had a nice breakfast that was included and added to the value. Getting to reception was a little tricky as you need to get through a gate and the intercom system is a little confusing. As is entry even after you have registered. The location is OK. Street parking is slim but free from 7pm til 9am and pretty reasonable if you need to during...

"Hôtel très agréable"

"Hotel is good value and very well located and the beds are comfortable. However decor is tired (shower head wouldn’t stay upright, extractor fan didn’t work, sauna is inactive in a dark basement) and they bizzarely refused to make up the room after 10am on a Saturday."

"Second time staying here. It was a Saturday I would have expected the Bistro to be open. Hopefully will be visiting again next year."

"Alles ok"

"Perfect stop over after long drive from Calais, love the retro feel it has. Room was big enough for two people and a spaniel. Quiet location too. Staff provided us with a locally brewed bottled beer which was very good. My only disappointment was a small one and that was small paper cups instead of proper cups and uht milk in the room- Although the breakfast facilities did look very good, we didn’t have time to try them. Would stay again."

"Comfortable room, quiets. Staff were very friendly and obliging. A special thank you to Marie who was particularly helpful and friendly."

"Bad We arrived at the hotel around 12:30 pm. There was no staff onsite! Other guests told us the receptionist would be available after 2:00 pm. The hotel description mentioned that there are limited parking spaces upon requests. Actually, there are no parking spaces. There is no elevator. Carry-up the stairways. This could be a common issue for inner city small hotel. So, do your homework carefully. Good Location is good."
