"This hotel was not my first choice. It was the only place with accommodation during the period of my visit. Expedia and the hotel web site state check-in is at or after 4:30PM. When we arrived, there was no staff on site. We had to call and wait for people to arrive to check us in. The only time there was "front desk" staff was when someone telephoned for them. "An amazing welcome by all the family, we were travelling with our little dog and they couldn’t be more accommodating (even having dog biscuits ready for him at breakfast the next morning). We chose to eat in the Resteraunt in the evening and it was one of the best meals we have had during our road trip around Italy. We will sure to be back when we are in this part of Italy, book your stay now."
