"This hotel was perfect for our short stay in Brussels. It was clean, staff was friendly and spoke English. The room itself was on the smaller side but that’s to be expected in Europe I think! It was a really great location and easy to walk everywhere. We walked from the train station with our suitcases too and it was easy! The area was pretty noisy though. Lots of construction and people out in the street late at night if that kind of thing bothers you! "

"Kind of run down. Door to the hotel is broken so you have to enter through the hotel next door. The lock on the door to my room was broken and it was a huge dramatic issue to get my room switched partially due to language barrier but mostly due to being gaslighted about the lock being broken even after being walked in on while taking a bath. "Excellent location near central train station and main shopping. Breakfast could be very crowded. Staff very helpful and courteous. "

"I loved how close the hotel was to the train station. The hotel was very modern with a friendly staff. I loved that the lobby had a water dispenser. The room had a lot of amenities (air conditioning, mini kitchen, chromeCast) and very spacious. Especially for the price, I would definitely stay here again."

"Great location 5 minutes walk from Garenoord (north train station). Easy walk to Grand Place/Grote Market. Art deco hotel with history, very cool. Helpful staff. Building construction nearby makes the area a bit dirty but it was not noisy. Great breakfast buffet!"

"The temperature control on the shower is not functioning. It continues to get too hot. There is no noise, control or soundproofing. There was extreme noise late at night and early in the morning that prevented a good night sleep. The Wi-Fi is nonexistent. The signal is so poor. It can’t even pull up the news. "
