"We had a great experience here. The rooms were clean and spacious. The pool, stteam room, and sauna were well maintained. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very helpful. The hotel is very cloae to the harbor, castle, and lots of places to eat and enjoy."

"I really enjoyed my one night stay at Y Pengwern. The bar was friendly when we checked in, and when I was shown my room was amazed at how big it was. I was backpacking and there was plenty of room to reorganise my kit, and the bed was large and very comfortable. "Very friendly staff. Free parking available for guests. We gave up a day of cleaning for free beer. the bar is well stacked and the breakfast is both buffet and made to order (free for Inn guests)."

"Room was clean but stuffy due to heat, even with window open. A fan would have helped, and enabled closing the window to cut late night noise from outside. Staff were good and food was good. They were happy to allow me to leave my car on the hotel car park after checkout so we could go out for te mornimg"
