"The West Cork Hotel is situated in an idyllic site beside the River Lee. It is also very close to the main townsite. The hotel boasts a complimentary breakfast which was as good as any I’ve had in Ireland. The bar/pub/restaurant was superb and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Skibberreen is a hidden gem in West Cork, and if you ever chose to travel there, The West Cork hotel is the place to stay."
"Beautiful view across the sea. Attentive hosts that live nextdoor. Friendly dog and cat. Very quiet lovely nights sleep. Two large bedrooms en suite.
Small kitchen come sitting room. Lots of walks near by. Amazing restaurant in union hall. 3 good pubs in leap not too far away. "
"Awesome cottage, very quaint and cozy, many amenities you don’t get with a hotel like full kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, stockpile of dishes and cookware for whatever you’re cooking. Beautiful view of the Sea/Ocean from front yard. Cottage is very close to the Sea but not a waterfront property- you have to walk or drive down to it.
Very nice stay for me and my mom - we really enjoyed the property."

Even her son said this was a nuisance. I would stay at West Cork Hotel in Skiberean again never again at Rineen."

We stayed for 3 days, using it as our base for Mizen Head, Sheep's Head, and the Beara Peninsula drives, worked perfectly. Gorgeously renovated, with all the modern amenities, yet all of the charm of an...
"My wife and I spent 3 nights at The Chocolate Box. We had the entire cottage, which included 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen , living room and a washing machine. It was an extremely peaceful and relaxing stay. It was so quiet as well. The location is perfect for day trips to Cork and Cobh, as well as the Ring of Kerry. Lidl was only a 10 minute drive away "
