"Everything was well laid out, easy check in, quite a smart set up, bed was comfortable and the location was good."

(arrived late and off before dawn for the Anzac service). A little care to be taken going down the steps to use the bathroom in the main house, (as I said it was dark) but otherwise all good and suited our needs.
