"I had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It's a little far from Rome center, but there's a bus you can take right from the hotel parking lot that takes you to Tiburtina metro. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Star."

"We booked a stay at this hotel based on reviews and photos but to be honest we did not even check in. When we arrived, we walked up the "hill" to the entrance and there was literally no sign of life. Doors and windows were shut - we did not see any people or hear noises. We did not even see a store of any kind. My apologies to the host, but when we arrived, we saw a sign "be back soon" and we decided this was not the place for us to stay. "We were welcomed to the Hotel Umbria by the proprietor who was absolutely charming. He offered us a chilled bottle of water for our room on arrival and also parked the car. "The hotel was not as described in hotels.com: First, Was rated as 3star in Hotels.com, but the property is only 2star. Second, The hotels.com app allowed selecting this hotel for a family of 5, but all the rooms cannot accommodate more than 4. On Breakfast they served dry bread. We had to ask for fresh one, bud had to wait long until it was ready. Other than that, it was ok. "
