"The hotel is lovely and centrally located, which made it convenient to walk up into and around town. The pool was cold, the view stunning.
I was going to stay two nights but changed my mind by the time evening arrived. After getting out of the shower (in my room), I realized the drain was not working and my room had flooded! The shower did not have a lip, it was level with the floor of the building. I called reception. They sent someone to clean up. When the custodial staff arrived, she asked...

"The hotel is perfectly located by the skislopes, short walking distance and only 1 minute by car but, the hotel is dated, lacks of TLC, it's advertised that has swimming pool available but apparently they shut it in March, that was one of the reason I booked this hotel, to use the pool and the spa facilities. The shower had hair from previous guests... the tv wasn't working and dinner which was included was below average. The staff was very nice and tried to do their best but unfortunately the...
