"Awesome location, staff could not be more friendly and helpful with everything. No lifts though so be mindful of that. Also great night club across the road so u will hear load music on the weekends. But we went to the club so we loved it."
"No funcionaba el restaurante salvo para desayuno y para comida o cena solo el día que llegamos y el lunes, el desayuno con oportunidades ya que era poco variado y solo desayuno frio.
La salida de la recepción con mucho lodo y charcos de agua, creo que mínimo deberían de colocar graba para mejorar.
La atención en el restaurante mala, al mesero le encanta el teléfono en lugar de trabajar.

"The place was perfect for what we needed. A quiet place to sleep for a night and close enough to Torres del Paine NP, we could return early in the morning. The room felt cold, but the warm comfy bed and blankets kept us warm at night. We slept well! The breakfast was more than enough and the staff was nice."
