"We had a very nice 2 day stay for our utv trip. The location is perfect. Quiet, and nestled on the edge of the woods and a pond. There are plenty of dining options nearby. The property is huge and has plenty of parking. There are a lot of rooms that are vacant so it’s quiet. The property is showing its age but everything was clean and the pool was huge. "I'm a frequent guest at Best Western Mauston when visiting family and always enjoy the amenities, friendly atmosphere, cleanliness, great free breakfasts, etc. This time I had left behind jewelry with sentimental value in my room and the staff had promptly left it for me at the front desk. I am grateful to Tina and the wonderful staff! "

"The property was very nice and relaxing. The one thing i didnt like at all was that i had to pack 6 bath towels and kitchen towels in my suitcase. That took up a lot of room and i think that towels should be included with the linens."

"Seems to have been newly remodeled, paint or glue smell in the building the first day was overwhelming. There was no sugar or creamer in the place for the coffee. Wasn't able to find a broom and dustpan to sweep before we left. Overall, it was a good experience just a few more things would have made it a great one."
