"This hotel was really nice, the check in was super easy and the rooms were lovely. Big , comfortable rooms in great condition. Very clean with good amenities. And the area is close to downtown with many places to eat around. My only 2 small complaints are that the hotel on-site parking was very small, and the front desk couldn’t provide an iron. Since it’s advertised as a business hotel I found this a bit strange, but otherwise loved this hotel! "

The check-in instructions on Expedia was confusing and stated virtual check in. Turned out that the property has in-person host handling the check in and also offered free breakfast (not shown on expedition). The ocean front property is a bit worn and could use better maintenance (i.e. loose door knob, steep staircase to unit entrance). Overall, our family of 3 really...

"Very nice and kind staff. The property was fancy but missing details like the bathroom light was too dark and flushing problems. The other part of the property was still under construction. That made me feel like something was undone. It would be much better if they finished the rest of the construction."

As with most of the pensions in the area, Korean is their language, but if communicated in advance they can get assistance from friends to translate messages in English. Had the largest place (large bedroom/living room area separated from entrance/kitchen and bathroom. Very clean and fully equipped for cooking."
