"Il est à noter que les lits superposés sont de taille réduite donc pas convenable à un adulte. On nous a bien accomodé et gentiment avec une chambre adaptée afin que mon fils adulte et moi ayons chacun un lit régulier. Le personnel est gentil et serviable. Le déjeuner buffet est correct mais sans plus. Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour."
"Quite a nice hotel situated in central town. Close to all amenities. The staff were very understanding as overnight I felt unwell…
And they were more than accommodating to let me check out late as a result of this."
"Check in was great, polite and efficient.
The room was OK.
Breakfast Saturday was ok but below the normal standard of a Holiday Inn Express.
Sunday the breakfast and service was dreadful.
Saturday morning we had no teaspoons but Sunday, there were no plates, no knives or forks.
The sausages were anemic, completely undercooked, there were no hash browns, no beans, no scrambled egg.
The tables weren't being cleared, when the plates did eventually turn up after a long wait we then find that...
"Staff was superb!
The hotel part of the pub was definitely older and no lifts. They put us on the first floor, which was a BIG help for us. The stairs were a bit steep and carpet was worn, but beds were "ok". (Clean, yes) Amenities were limited, but that was ok
The breakfast was pretty good, to our liking.
They allowed us to store our luggage for a bit after we checked out so we didn't have to lug it around with us. . . again, the staff was superb and very friendly and helpful."
"Good size room, well equipped. Iron, usb wall sockets, usb charging bedside lamps. Loads of parking. Hallways and reception all well presented.
EV charging works well, though expensive (75p per kw at time of writing).
Bed was comfy and clean. Bathroom needed some maintenance (towel rusty, extraction not good enough so bathroom damp paint peeling).
Corridor doors very noisy at night, they swing and bang 2-3 times when closing.
Staid 2 nights; no house keeping for some reason (we’d...
"Great hotel and friendly staff.
Note for the check in: you cannot self check in as Expedia does not provide a QR code or the other necessary information"
"Na 3 nachten nog geen housekeeping. Je moet zelf vragen om wc papier of handdoeken. Douche in het bad is niet veilig.
Fijn dat er geparkeerd kan worden en dat personeel behulpzaam en attent is"
"I enjoyed my 3 night visit. I found the staff pleasant and the hotel a nice ambience. My room was a little tired but everything I needed. I will stay again. Great value for money."
