"The hotel’s location could not be better. The hotel however is just ok. The price is high. It has ordinary rooms. The elevator is very dark and needs at least a paint job. By 9 am some of the breakfast food has not been replaced. Same can happen with the coffee or milk. By the time you get all your breakfast, it is cold. The quality of the food is fine and the staff are lovely as are the front desk people."

"Staff was very helpful, Easy valet parking, walking distance to Fillmore!"

"I really enjoyed staying at the 4points staff was super friendly and helpful"

"No Me Gusta It is impossible that Expedia or the HOTEL give me the final invoice of my expenses in the hotel. I couldn’t enlarge the days of being in the hotel because I had to do it through Expedia not straight at the hotel once I was there."

"Property needed a little maintenence, room could have been cleaner hadlots of hair and garbage in room. Biggest concern would be additional fees at check in even though should have already been covered."

"We ended up checking out of the 3 rooms we had booked for 5 nights after the first night. It was so loud & the rooms had mildew in them along with hair all over the place"
