"Staff was amazing even though we had a small issue with the room keys. Handled quickly by several staff. Property sits on the water with great views from every room. Rooms were nice. Aged but nice for the money. Restaurant service was amazing. Great evening buffet and morning buffet is best I. The area for sure. Can't go wrong with this place."

"Great staff. Good breakfast. Room was very spacious and had awesome sheets and pillows. Bathroom had a hand held shower head. I'd stay here again in a heart beat!"

Only problem was I had not noticed their note about no elevator; fortunately, it was only one flight of stairs to our room."

"Our room was disgusting. It had a real bad musty smell as soon as you entered the room. Dirty old trash that looked like it’s been there behind the tv stand. The bed has something all on it. Looked liked crumbs or something else wasn’t sure. We ended up leaving and asking for a refund which they gladly did so that I do appreciate! Not one to usually complain but it was horrible."

"Only ice machine broken for three days. Pool as cold as ice. Went to take a shower on the first day. Got into the shower and wet before finding out the the shower gel dispenser was empty. Shower was gross with black mold at all the back seams. This was not something that would have grown over night. So had not been thoroughly cleaned in over a week. Took a picture and showed it to the front desk person but shouldn't have had to. That and the empty shower gel shows someone didn't tidy this...
