"A small restaruant/bar hotel situated on a quiet road with Canga De Onis a 20 minute drive in one direction and Las Arenas a 10 minute drive in the other. The whole place is spotlessly clean and the rooms are cleaned daily. Bedrooms are comfy and simple, with no kettle or fridge. "Hotel was in the middle of nowhere and didnt offer any meals which differed to what they advertised...very disappointing "

"We ended up with an 80 Euro parking fine because the staff didn't have enough sense to tell us how the parking lot in back of the hotel worked (what the rules were). For the sake of having parked 12 minutes "early" before 6 PM on Friday night, we ended up with an 80 Euro fine even though we moved our car by 9 AM and leave on Saturday, as we were instructed to do. Hotels should either provide guest parking, or else clearly instruct guests as to the necessary procedures."

"We had a very good experience even though it was just for sleeping. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. We only had breakfast for two days, it was great (no bacon and eggs). Very clean and everything new, jungle theme. The only thing that we didn’t like was the no facility of tea/coffee/kettle in the room. Bar/coffee at the reception area. Thank you very much."

"We loved our stay at Hotel Puerte del Oriente! We booked last minute and wanted to be well located to take advantage of beaches or the mountains. The location is beautiful-close to Llanes for accessing more restaurants and services, but far enough off the busy track to feel very pastoral and relaxing. Our host was very welcoming, the room was very comfortable, and breakfast was delicious! We wished we could have stayed longer in this peaceful place."
