"Average. Whilst we appreciated the room upgrade due to a leaking toilet in the original room, everything else was just average. The phone was broken, as was the fridge, after the toilet episode in the first room, I just couldn't be bothered to speak to reception again as they weren't particularly friendly. The room was not clean. The back pool was generally nice and quiet. I felt like a burden when I spoke to any of the staff that I tried to keep interactions to a minimum, this is a shame when...
"We were a family of 5 in a 2 bed apartment. Absolutely loads of space. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels every 2nd day. Staff were all friendly and even played with my son. Location is perfect. Only negative id say is the kids entertainment at night wasnt fantastic. But I dont think they had the numbers for it either as was 1st week of September."
"Lovely clean hotel, staff friendly, food ok. apart from 1 receptionist. Had requested a quiet room direct email to hotel, was allocated a room on the road! Receptionist claimed they didnt receive email and couldn't help as hotel full?? Next day other Receptionist very helpful"
"Apartments exceptionally clean, a bit dated but good range of equipment available for use.
Staff very helpful, especially with a late check in.
An ideal location for buses and not too close to the strip.
This is our second visit and will absolutely come back."
"Check in: very quick and easy. A free taxi was used to drive our bags to the block we were staying in which was very nice. We were able to pay for a safe at 2.50 a day+10 deposit.
Pool: good size, clean. Only down side was the rules of no ball games or inflatables which I hadn't been aware of before booking. I liked the glass boundary all around, great for child safety.
Snack bar: lovely pizza!
Apartment: living room. No air con so when sleeping on the Murphy bed it was a bit warm (I used...
"Reception staff, particularly Belen who helped when I was sure I'd left my cell phone in a taxi having looked everywhere in my room including my bag. She contacted the taxi firm and in the meantime suggested I return to my room and she called the phone again. Sure enough the phone was in my bag but wedged under something else.
Unfortunately later I did leave my camera in a taxi and she is working with them so that if found I can arrange its retrieval."
