"This was a great location near the airport. We were impressed with the size and cleanliness of the room. The staff were very kind and helpful, especially Neil Gopaul who was friendly and took great care of us. We were a little unsure about our room overlooking the train, but did not notice being awakened by noise. "

"It was a 20 minute walk on hiking trails from the Service Center at Zurich airport where I securely store my checked bags overnight. Many travelers, locals and flight personnel using this walking route. Clean and safe area. Many kind local residents in this area. Lots of local restaurants. I had dinner next to a tree lined stream listening to birds at dinner at the facility. Highly recommended "

"Very disgusting no air conditioning, also bed blankets very heavy( winter type) very hot room , window can’t be opened to much, closed courtains make worst the heat , we had a bad time slipping. No solution was given. "

"Really nice place to stay. Excellent location centrally located to the train station and city. If you have to be collected from the hotel by a colleague or limousine you need to arrange a pick up place nearby the hotel as buses and taxis can only enter the roads outside the hotel. Room was comfortable and had what I needed. Breakfast included is a nice touch and is very good. Reception offered very good service and support and I appreciated that. "

"The heater was on and we couldn’t get it to turn off (locked) which made us have to leave the windows open however, the area next door was noisy and there were big trucks everywhere which made it hard to sleep in (on vacation). "

"Property was very different. The "hotel" was basically 3 condos on each floor turned into hotel rooms. So you're surrounded by people who live on the property. Rooms were beautiful and very nice but this was just a very different concept. Check in confused me, as to where i needed to go to enter the building"

"Overall one night stop over stay was good. Hotel is clean and modern with a grocery store convenient located in front. However good signage would help as we just come off a huge roundabout and there are so many structures blocking the view of the hotel from the road that one is not sure where to enter to reach the hotel. Also, we had problem using the keypass to get from our level to the lobby. Our friend managed to get from her floor to the lobby and asked for help. Receptionist kept insisting...

"Do no judge this hotel on the photos, very Outdated. Hotel is Ok but starting to look a little run down. Rooms are very compact. Staff very friendly but hotel lets it down. If your expecting to see horses, you'll be disappointed, as they have been gone for a number of years now and equipment and school not used for a long time. Food at the hotel is also very expensive even for Switzerland standards, so would recommend eating out. Parking is also limited at the hotel and on a first come basis. "
