"I made two reservations for two rooms from date May 16-19. When we got into the hotels find the hotel rooms and amenities are dirty ,dark small and with bad smell. So terrible. Every thing is not the same as we saw from the picture from your booking web site. Though we had checked in, but we immediately moved out and stayed in another hotel.I did asked for the refund and the live agent from Expediate did promised me to talk to the hotel and get some refund as a compensation for loss within...
