"The hotel was ok. Rooms and lobby very dark. Food was tasty and hygienic but staff too less. They were overwhelmed by the guest and felt like not used to or interested to serve multiple options of food. "I checked 3am 1.When we switch on AC then there a big sound from outdoor unit. Very very noisy. So switched off the AC and slept with fan I am upset 2.WC toilet seat cover can’t stand straight... it keep falling down... so I need to hold the cover with 1 hand and piss with other hand I was very very upset 3. When we order tea and water in the morning 9am they asked us pay cash for tea and water since they r not able bill to room due system error. Room entry checkin not shown in...
