"Our overall experience was fine. The proximity to the terminal was superb. Excellent restaurant and front desk. Major problem for us was getting large suitcases down to the elevators for the room and even worse, back up the next morning. The ADA elevator took us to a broom closet that the door required a magnetic card. "

"Comfortable bed, nice space, fridge, microwave in room. Guest services were wonderful, breakfast was simple, tasty and filling. Coffee was good. Only thing I didn't like were the towels left a fuzz on your skin when drying. They weren't falling apart, it's whatever material it is, it leaves behind fuzz."

"One issue I found with the windows externally needs washing. The shower in the restroom needed a drain along the threshold entering the shower area to stop water from leaching into the rest of the restroom. Everything else is perfect love my stay at the Sheraton."

"The hotel is clean and located close to the highway and airport. Mos of the staff is friendly and looking to help. Nevertheless I had a bad experience with a shuttle young driver, he parked blocking the way out in front of the lobby, when I gently asked him to move the van so me and other persons could leave we walked out took a look and just reply to me, " you can go that way" which is narrowed way in. I considered this a lack of interest on your guests safety and service attitude."

"Nice and clean hotel very close to the airport for an easy commute. I have the Hilton Honors app, so I was able to check in early and use the digital key to open my room door. I highly recommend."

"We've had a few storms living here in the Houston area. This is always our go to hotel when we need to get out of the heat when the power is out. Hotel is always clean and staff is very friendly. Only issue, they need to make sure the bathroom is fully stocked; that always seems to be an issue. Overall, happy with this hotel; will stay again when there is another major power outage."
