"We started our vacation a day early just to stay at the hotel for our kids to use the ‘indoor waterpark’. On arrival at check in I noticed there was caution tape surrounding the pool, there were 2 people checking in ahead of me and nothing was mentioned to them about the water park being closed. When it was my turn the first thing I asked was if it was open or not, I was told that it was just having routine maintenance and would be open within the next hour (this was around 4pm). "We enjoyed our stay. We would have liked if there was a second elevator. The beds were very comfortable. The TV remote was a bit difficult to figure out. Highly recommend stay."

"I have always stayed at this hotel when I visited Bismarck and never have encountered the treatment of myself and my children from anyone in the hotel industry and we travel everywhere! I understand there are hotel policies especially when it comes to the Pool area with the slides, etc. but the way the Manager talked to us and treated us was horrible as if we were supposed to automatically know the hotel polices and accept the way we were talked down on and demeaned. I never had any encounters...

"This property is not well maintained… the first room we got, had not been cleaned and the beds were hastily made and there were candy wrappers left all around the room as well as half eaten candy in the drawers. There was urine all over the toilet and floor. Towels were clean and staff were friendly though."
